Terms for the islands

1. Who runs the islands

These terms govern your use of cloudkiwiisles.com ("Cloud Kiwi Isles", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of cloudkiwiisles.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who is allowed on board

Only users aged 19 or over may use Cloud Kiwi Isles. Using it confirms that you are 19 or over.

3. The coins themselves

• The games run on virtual coins that we provide free of charge.
• Coins carry no monetary value and are neither money, nor credit, nor property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the site has no in-app purchases.
• Nothing of real-world value is ever offered as a prize.
• Coins, levels and features may be altered or reset by us at any time we see fit.

4. No real-money gambling on any island

Cloud Kiwi Isles neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and it never links to gambling operators.

5. Your flight log

• A free account is needed for the two islands beyond the open one. Keep to one account per person, and never hand it to anyone else.
• Keep your password private, and let us know straight away if someone else has been using your account.
• You may delete your account whenever you wish from your account page. Deletion happens at once and is permanent.
• An account used to disrupt the site, or one we think belongs to a person under 19, may be suspended by us.
• Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account and are not your property; they may be reset.

6. Flying fair

Do not try to disrupt the site or run automated tools against it, do not offer to trade coins, and do not let anyone under 19 play.

7. Island uptime and liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and we may alter or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. The law over these islands

The laws of the Province of Ontario, together with the federal laws of Canada that apply there, govern these terms.
